About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Composite Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team at our factory in Rawat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in composite materials, manufacturing processes, tooling, and quality control, preferably within the aerospace, UAV, automotive, or advanced manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manufacture composite components and structures for UAV and aerospace applications.
• Work with materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, epoxy resins, and honeycomb/core materials.
• Manage composite manufacturing processes including layup, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, bonding, and finishing.
• Prepare and maintain molds, tooling, jigs, and fixtures for composite production.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Inspect composite parts for defects such as delamination, voids, wrinkles, cracks, and dimensional inaccuracies.
• Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and aerospace manufacturing standards.
• Coordinate with design, production, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Maintain production documentation, process records, and quality reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer/Composite Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in composite manufacturing preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of composite fabrication and manufacturing techniques.
• Experience with carbon fiber and fiberglass composites will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong practical composite experience/projects may also be considered.
