Compounder/Manufacturing Operator (day shift)

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and blend batches of animal health products by following detailed manufacturing instructions
• Accurately complete batch records and production documentation
• Lift and handle raw materials and containers (this is a physical role)
• Operate, monitor and clean manufacturing equipment
• Work to GMP, safety and quality procedures every shift
• Keep your work area clean and organised

About you

• A genuine willingness to learn - attitude valued over experience
• Reliability and punctuality - the team counts on you being there
• Comfortable working in a regulated GMP area and following procedures exactly
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to regularly lift heavy containers
• A safety-first mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical or batching experience is highly regarded, but not essential
