We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to join our team. Currently we are looking for 40 hours a week with opportunity to take on more hours as needed.

This role requires excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of compounding techniques, as well as a thorough knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medications.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with physicians and patients to determine the best medication options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medications prepared
• Ensure that all medications are prepared in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide patient counseling on proper use and storage of medications
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelors of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Active pharmacy license in good standing
• Preferred completion of a compounding pharmacy course OR training program OR compounding experience
• Sterile certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred familiarity with compounding equipment and techniques
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to compounding
