Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Moundsville Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy in Moundsville, WV. A COMPOUNDING TECHNICIAN is a pharmacy technician that is specially trained in the measuring and mixing of compounded medications. A compounding technician demonstrates the skills of accuracy, accountability, compliance to processes, teamwork, good communication, and an understanding of calculations. At our location, the compounding technician will be responsible for the mixing of 15 to 25 compounds per day and working with her team to provide the highest level of compounding services and customer service.

POSITION DETAILS

• 30+ hour position as a PHARMACY TECHNICIAN in an independent pharmacy setting
• Pharmacy Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm; Closed on (6) Holidays
• Scheduled Hours during Monday through Friday, every 3rd weekend from 9 am to 1 pm, no evenings, no holidays
• Experience as a pharmacy technician is NOT REQUIRED. Training will be provided in accordance with the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy
