COMPOUNDING SPECIALIST - CPhT

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compounding Specialist with a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing customized medication compounds in accordance with strict regulatory standards and manufacturing protocols. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality products are delivered safely and efficiently, supporting our mission to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications

• Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required + on-the-job experience
• Prior pharmacy compounding experience strongly preferred
• Strong math skills and confidence working with numbers and calculations
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow procedures consistently and maintain high-quality standards
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

This position requires consistent availability during these hours.
