Job Summary

Naya Studio is a new boutique Pilates studio opening in South Austin, built around small-group instruction and the full Pilates system.

We’re looking for a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor to join our teaching team. Naya offers Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower, Mat, mixed-apparatus classes, and private sessions. This role is ideal for someone who values quality over volume, enjoys working with mixed-level clients, and wants to be part of a studio where instruction feels personal.

Duties

• Lead engaging small-group and private Pilates sessions across Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower, Mat, and mixed-apparatus formats
• Create thoughtful, well-structured classes with clear and intentional cueing
• Offer appropriate modifications and progressions for a range of experience levels
• Prioritize proper technique, alignment, control, and client safety
• Get to know clients and provide instruction that feels personal and attentive
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients feel seen and supported
• Maintain a calm, clean, and organized studio environment
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create a consistent Naya experience across classes
• Support studio growth by delivering an exceptional client experience that encourages retention, referrals, and community connection
• Participate in special events, workshops, pop-ups, and community activations as the studio grows

Experience

• Comprehensive Pilates certification required
• Comfortable teaching across multiple Pilates apparatus
• 1+ year of teaching experience is preferred
• Daytime and/or evening availability
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Comfortable teaching small groups with varied experience levels
• Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, movement principles, and thoughtful class programming
• Ability to provide modifications and progressions while maintaining the flow of a group class
• A genuine interest in getting to know clients, their goals, and how they move
• Comfortable working in a growing studio where flexibility, collaboration, and initiative are valued
• Interest in growing with Naya and taking on additional opportunities over time

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5–15 per week
