What they need
Want to solve the engineering challenges behind the world's digital future?
We're currently working with multiple leading engineering firms across Georgia that are expanding their CFD and Computational Engineering teams within the rapidly growing mission critical and data center sector .
Why Consider a Move?
The mission critical sector is one of the fastest-growing areas of engineering right now, and Georgia is at the centre of it .
- Work on hyperscale data centers – Use advanced computational modelling to solve complex airflow, thermal, and environmental challenges across some of the largest and most technically demanding facilities in the market.
- Work on complex engineering problems – Analyse building airflow, thermal comfort, heat transfer, and contaminant dispersion , helping inform the design and performance of critical mechanical systems.
- Advanced CFD technology – Work with industry-leading tools such as Cadence, FloEFD, TileFlow, STAR-CCM+, Fluent, FDS, OpenFOAM, or 6SigmaRoom .
- Multiple firms hiring – We're partnered with several companies, meaning we can match you with the right culture, project portfolio, career path, and compensation package.
- Data center experience isn't essential!!! – We're also interested in engineers coming from building mechanical, thermal, aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, or other technically complex environments where CFD and computational analysis are central to the work.
- Georgia is booming – Join one of the fastest-growing engineering and technology markets in the Southeast, with major investment and development continuing across the region.
- Competitive packages – Opportunities offer strong base salaries, bonuses, benefits, flexible working, and relocation support.
- Find the right fit – Rather than being tied to one employer, we're able to discuss multiple opportunities and find the best match for your experience and ambitions.
What We're Looking For
We're speaking with CFD Specialists and Computational Engineers with experience across a range of backgrounds, including:
- Engineers with 3+ years of relevant CFD or building mechanical systems experience .
- Engineers with strong knowledge of CFD, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics .
- Engineers currently working in mission critical / data centers .
- Engineers looking to transition into data centers from other technically complex industries.
- Experience with Cadence, FloEFD, TileFlow, STAR-CCM+, Fluent, FDS, OpenFOAM, 6SigmaRoom, or similar CFD software .
- Engineers with experience developing User Defined Functions (UDFs) or automating modelling workflows.
- Engineers with programming experience in Python, C++, Java, or similar languages .
- Mechanical Engineers or engineers from a related discipline with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background .
You don't need to have the perfect background. Strong CFD knowledge, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and an interest in applying computational modelling to complex engineering challenges are often more important than direct data center experience.
