Compute Manager

Purpose

Lead the management and optimization of the organization's compute infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of server, virtualization, and cloud computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise compute infrastructure, including physical, virtual, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure high availability and performance of compute services.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Oversee system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage infrastructure incidents, changes, and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including leadership responsibilities.
