Computer & calling Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with customers and business associates in a professional manner.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with customers and respond to enquiries efficiently.
• Handle business communications through WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Perform routine computer operations, data entry, and record management.
• Maintain and update customer databases and company records accurately.
• Coordinate with internal team members to support day-to-day office operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up on pending enquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and routine office communication tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work responsibly as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
