We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Engineer to join our team in Kollam.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and other IT hardware issues.
• Provide onsite and carry-in service support to customers.
• Handle hardware installation, maintenance, and basic networking support.
• Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper service reports and customer communication.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Experience in laptop and desktop servicing is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Freshers with basic hardware knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
