- Install and update operating systems.
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware.
Required Candidate profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT
- 2 to 3 years experience in desktop support or hardware maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of assembly, and diagnostic tools.
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting.
