Computer Lab Assistant

1. Troubleshooting Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for users 2. Installation and Configuration -Setting up new computers, software, and peripherals, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with security policies 3. System Maintenance Performing routine maintenance tasks like updates, patches, and backups to ensure systems are running smoothly and securely 4. User Support Providing technical support to users, either in person, over the phone, or through online channels 5. Hardware and Software Management Managing inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, and ensuring proper documentation 6. Security Implementing and maintaining security protocols, such as firewalls and antivirus software, to protect company data and systems 7. Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems and procedures Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile Male Candidate, Bachelor's / Diploma degree preferably in Computer stream or related fields Experience:1-5 years of experience in Digital Infrastructure maintenance
