What they need
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in computer operations, technical support, or laboratory assistance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office applications, with the ability to set up and troubleshoot desktop computers.
- Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including printers, projectors, speakers, scanners, and related technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach; able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, work with minimal supervision, and work on shifting schedules.
