Computer Learning Center Receptionist/Monitor

The Park South YMCA is currently seeking a Computer Learning Center Receptionist/Monitor.

Welcomes participants, manages the daily sign-in process, monitors computer usage, and provides basic administrative and technology assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome participants and answer questions.

• Manage sign-in/sign-out procedures.

• Schedule computer appointments and classes.

• Monitor computer stations and time limits.

• Assist participants with basic technology questions.

• Answer phones and respond to general inquiries.

• Maintain participant records and daily activity logs.

• Ensure center policies are followed.

• Notify the supervisor of equipment, safety, or participant concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills.

• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Ability to work with diverse populations.
