Earnings: Up to $30/hr depending on experience

Availability: 1st & 2nd shift roles

You believe great products start with great parts. In this role, you’ll operate CNC mills and lathes to produce components that meet exacting specs—supporting a culture that values quality, teamwork, and long-term growth.

Your impact

• Operate CNC milling and turning equipment to produce repeatable, in-tolerance parts
• Set and adjust tool offsets; change tooling and replace inserts to maintain process control
• Translate blueprints and job travelers into correct machine actions
• Verify critical features using precision measuring instruments
• Hit quality and production goals while practicing good housekeeping

What you bring

• Background as a CNC operator or CNC machinist in a production setting
• Experience with tool changes and offsets (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and use metrology tools with confidence
• Detail orientation and a quality-driven approach
