Experience description

• 4+ years of experience working in CNC machines
• Experience with Grinding operations
• Experience with Boring operations
• Experience with Milling operations
• Experience with Turning operations
• CNC programming skills
• Experience with Heidenhain TNC530 controls
• Experience in operation and programming of CNC mills or lathes
• You can program independently on the machine

Education: Diploma in mechanical, Bachelor preferred

Roles and responsibilities

• Operate a CNC Mill in a fast-paced environment
• Possess and applies basic knowledge of operations including turning, grinding, boring and milling.
• Conduct production of a wide variety of precision parts
• Work from written instructions and blueprints to mill parts
• Perform checks using gauges and fixtures for conformance
• Use common hand tools for production and finishing tasks
• Program CNC mills or lathes as needed
• Ensure quality parts while minimizing scrap and rework
• Perform basic pre-staged machine set-ups and tool offsets
• Write and edit CNC programs for precision machining
• Resolve tooling wear problems effectively
