Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role based in Bengaluru. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to manufacture furniture components and related products according to technical drawings and production specifications. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate tools, performing milling and machining operations, adjusting machine parameters, and ensuring accurate measurements and finishes. The role involves conducting routine inspections, identifying defects, and collaborating with production and quality teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The CNC Machine Operator will also perform basic machine maintenance, follow workplace safety procedures, and maintain clear documentation of daily production activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and safe handling of CNC Machinery.
• Hands-on experience in Milling and Machining for furniture or manufacturing components.
• Ability to perform Quality Control checks, measurements, and inspections on finished parts.
• Understanding of technical drawings, CAD/CAM outputs, and production specifications.
• Prior experience in a woodworking, furniture, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Relevant technical diploma/certification in mechanical, manufacturing, or related field is an advantage.
