Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tijuana, BCN. This position is responsible for creating, reviewing, and optimizing CNC programs for milling and gurning (lathe) machining operations according to customer technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include selecting tooling, defining cutting parameters, simulating and verifying programs, and collaborating with machinists to ensure efficient and accurate production. The role also involves troubleshooting machining issues, improving cycle times, supporting process documentation, and working closely with quality and engineering teams to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in CNC Programming and Programming for milling, turning (lathe) and machining operations.
• Candidates should possess applied skills in Machining and Milling, Turning (Lathe) within precision manufacturing environments.
• Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings and production documentation.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, or similar) and CAM software tools.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Candidates should possess relevant experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing; vocational or technical training in machining or engineering is preferred.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Tijuana, BCN, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in a production environment.
