Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for precision machining operations, including Swiss CNC, milling, and turning. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and experience producing high-quality precision components in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for Swiss-type CNC machines, milling, and turning operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, machining methods, and operating parameters.
• Support machine setup, troubleshoot programming issues, and improve machining processes.
• Work closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to improve cycle times and reduce scrap.
• Ensure component accuracy, product quality, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Maintain CNC program documentation and follow safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in CNC programming for multi-axis Swiss CNC, milling, and turning.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or similar.
• Experience with CAM programming software is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Precision manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Machining or manufacturing-related technical training, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in precision component manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and ITAR-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience improving machining efficiency, quality, and production performance.
