Job Summary

Recruza Alliance Company is looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
• Operate computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Manage and organize company files and records.
• Enter and verify information in databases and software systems.
• Handle basic troubleshooting of computer and office equipment.
• Assist other departments with computer-related administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as computer operator in any industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
