Job Title: Tally Operator

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting and data entry activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
• Prepare invoices and bills.
• Handle bank reconciliation and basic accounting reports.
• Maintain GST-related records and assist with GST filing requirements.
• Verify and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment and billing-related matters.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of accounting work.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
• Basic knowledge of GST and accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,287.94 - ₹25,062.66 per month
