Job Responsibilities:

• Operate computers and handle day-to-day computer-based office activities.
• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems.
• Prepare documents, reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain digital and physical records and files.
• Perform data entry, scanning, printing, and document uploading.
• Update databases and maintain proper records.
• Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Handle email communication and basic internet-based tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments for data and documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Provide basic technical support for routine computer and office-related tasks.

Skills Required:

• Basic to good computer knowledge.
• MS Word and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic email and internet knowledge.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹14,290.52 - ₹17,048.77 per month
