Job Description – Computer Operator

Position: Computer Operator
Company: Indian Surgical Industries
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day computer operations and data entry.
• Prepare and maintain company documents, records, and reports.
• Handle MS Word, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
• Prepare sales invoices/bills in Tally and maintain billing records.
• Enter and update purchase, sales, stock, and other accounting-related data in Tally.
• Assist with GST-related billing and documentation.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents.
• Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and administrative teams for required documentation.
• Perform other computer-related and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic to good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Experience in bill/invoice making will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/trading company will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
