Computer Operator

• Operate and maintain computer systems, software, and office equipment.
• Enter, update, and maintain company data and records accurately.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, documents, and MIS reports.
• Handle data entry, document processing, scanning, printing, and filing.
• Maintain proper records of daily transactions, attendance, and other required information.
• Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as instructed by management.
• Manage and organize digital and physical documents systematically.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Projects, and other departments for data and documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of computer, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
• Use MS Office applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned computer and documentation work.
• Perform any other computer-related tasks assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
