What they need
- 3-5 years of IT operations/support experience
- Hands-on experience with Control-M (v8/v9 preferred)
- Exposure to AS400, Mainframe, Unix & Windows platforms
- Experience with Remedy, Geneos, Splunk, and incident/escalation management
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (24x7 environment), including weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
