Job Title: Computer Operator – Service Department
Location: Meerut

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage and support our service department operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle data entry, record keeping, and general computer-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain computers, printers, and other related equipment.
• Perform accurate data entry, update service records, and maintain digital files.
• Assist service staff in generating reports, invoices, and service documentation.
• Ensure smooth operation of service software and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely updates and reporting.
• Manage email correspondence and schedule service appointments, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
• Familiarity with service or inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
