Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage data entry, maintain records, prepare reports, and support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, typing skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in MS Excel and company software.
• Maintain digital records and office documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Operate MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Print invoices, reports, and other office documents.
• Handle email communication and file management.
• Coordinate with different departments for data updates.
• Perform basic computer troubleshooting.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
• Assist with general office administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
