A Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and data processing operations to ensure business processes run smoothly and securely. Depending on the industry, the role ranges from front-office data management to backend infrastructure and Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our computer systems, executing routine data processing schedules, maintaining digital records, and resolving basic hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate ensures system uptime, adheres to data security compliance, and helps maintain peak operational productivity.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Oversee server logs, networks, and mainframes to ensure system uptime, identifying errors or unusual traffic patterns immediately.
• Data & Process Management: Input, update, verify, and maintain digital databases while executing scheduled batch jobs according to company production timelines.
• Backup & Recovery: Execute regular data backup cycles and maintain comprehensive records to mitigate data loss risk.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose simple hardware malfunctions, software bugs, and network connectivity issues, escalating more complex incidents to senior IT staff.

Qualifications & Skills

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
