Computer Operator

• Customer Handling: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting suitable clothing and sizes.
• Retail Sales: Promote products, explain product details, and encourage customers to make purchases.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare customer bills, generate invoices, and handle billing software or POS systems.
• Computer Operations: Perform daily data entry, maintain sales records, and update customer and product information.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, check product availability, and update inventory in the computer system.
• Cash & Payment Handling: Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and other payment methods accurately.
• Stock Display: Assist in arranging clothing items, maintaining product displays, and keeping the store organized.
• Sales Records & Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, maintain billing records, and report stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Returns & Exchanges: Assist customers with product exchanges and returns according to store policies.
• Store Coordination: Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations and provide a positive customer experience.

Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Excel and billing software, good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a willingness to learn retail operations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
