Job Summary

RP Foam Home Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Computer Operator (Fresher) with good communication skills and a sound knowledge of MS Office. The candidate should be willing to learn, manage daily computer-related tasks, and support the smooth functioning of office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Handle emails, printing, scanning, and other office-related computer tasks.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining company databases.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments as required.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
• Good typing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work responsibly.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
