Computer Operator (Data Entry) – Job Description

Job Summary:

The Computer Operator (Data Entry) will be responsible for entering, updating, maintaining, and managing company data and records using computer systems. The candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in company software, Excel sheets, and databases.
• Maintain and organize digital records and files.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Handle data entry, scanning, printing, and document management.
• Prepare basic reports and daily data summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Perform regular data backup and record maintenance as instructed.
• Coordinate with different departments for data and documentation requirements.
• Perform other computer-related administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / 12th pass with relevant computer knowledge.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle repetitive data-entry tasks efficiently.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
