Computer Operator - Second Shift

The Computer Operator II supports distribution operations by monitoring data processing systems, managing report distribution, performing equipment maintenance, and ensuring system backups.

Responsibilities include monitoring computer systems and connected devices, resolving errors, managing printing and report delivery, executing daily system backups, and maintaining peripheral devices such as printers and tape drives. Preventative maintenance and supply tracking are also key duties.

Qualifications require an associate's degree or equivalent training in business or computer science, with 1-2 years of related experience. Proficiency in AS400, Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of data processing equipment are essential. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks are necessary for success in this role.
