Computer operator tour & travel

• Handle daily computer work, data entry, and maintain customer records.
• Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, invoices, and other travel-related documents.
• Assist with flight, hotel, holiday package, and other travel booking details.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, cancellations, and customer enquiries.
• Manage emails, online enquiries, and customer information professionally.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and office documents.
• Coordinate with travel agents, vendors, and team members regarding booking updates.
• Check documents and booking details carefully to avoid errors.
• Maintain digital and physical files in an organized manner.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and internet browsing.
• Previous experience working in a tour and travel company is preferred.
• Familiarity with travel booking websites, portals, and reservation systems.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel documentation.
• Good typing speed with accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
