Job Description – Computer Operator (Warehouse)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain warehouse stock and inventory records in ERP/Excel.
• Prepare and update inward, outward, transfer & dispatch entries.
• Generate invoices, stock reports and other warehouse documents.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper record keeping.
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for stock-related activities.
• Handle basic computer and MS Excel operations.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/computer operator work preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations.
• ERP/software knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good communication and accuracy in data entry.
