About Us

Steve's Computer Repair has served San Antonio since 2008. We specialize in PC and Mac repair, custom gaming builds, data recovery, LCD screen replacement, and sales of new and refurbished laptops and desktops.

Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated, technically inclined Computer Repair Technician with good customer service skills.

What You'll Do

• Computer repair — OS reloads, drive cloning, virus removal, BIOS and driver updates, hardware troubleshooting.
• Customer service — Customer intake, phone calls, building quotes, explaining diagnostics, and recommending the right fix, including new or refurbished systems.
• Soldering & component repair — Port-level soldering and board-level repairs. Advanced training provided.
• Networking — Basic knowledge required. Nothing advanced.

What You Need

• Basic soldering ability (port-level minimum)
• Working knowledge of computer repair fundamentals
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• A professional, positive attitude — this one is non-negotiable
• A+ Certification or equivalent is a plus, but not required
• Limited work experience is fine if you meet the core requirements
