Computer Sales & Operations Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Provide professional sales consultation to customers, recommend suitable solutions and confidently close sales while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Assemble custom PC systems and perform thorough quality control checks to ensure all orders are completed accurately, neatly and within the stipulated lead time.
• Deliver excellent customer service, including after-sales support, troubleshooting and repair of customer systems.
• Build and maintain demo units, as well as carry out refurbishment of company products to ensure optimal performance and presentation.
• Support daily operations and undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a diploma holder or equivalent with at least 1-year experience in an IT-related role, computer assembly role or technical support environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Ready to start immediately.
