COMPUTER SCIENCE TEACHER – M.Sc. + B.Ed.

Position: Computer Science Teacher
Qualification: M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) + B.Ed.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Location: Panvel / Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

• Teach Computer Science and Information Technology concepts to students as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, practical sessions and assessments.
• Conduct computer laboratory sessions and ensure effective practical learning.
• Explain programming, databases, networking and other computer science concepts according to the students' level.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments and practical examinations.
• Maintain academic records, attendance and student progress reports.
• Integrate technology and digital resources into classroom teaching.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, workshops and other academic responsibilities.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills

• Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science / IT.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and educational technology.
• Ability to teach programming and practical computer concepts effectively.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans and assessment materials.
• Student-friendly and innovative approach to teaching.

Eligibility

• M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• B.Ed. mandatory
• 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Candidates with CBSE/ICSE/State Board school teaching experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
