Computer Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

We are hiring Computer Hardware & Network Engineer for K TECH SYSTEMS.

• Laptop/Desktop chip-level troubleshooting
• OS installation (Windows/Linux basics)
• Router configuration (TP-Link, D-Link, MikroTik, etc.)
• Basic networking (IP, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
• CCTV installation
• Hardware Maintenance & Repair
• Diagnosing and fixing issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Replacing faulty components like RAM, hard drives, motherboards, and power supplies
• Assembling and disassembling computers for repairs
• Software Troubleshooting
• Installing, updating, and configuring operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Troubleshooting software issues, crashes, and application errors
• Removing malware, viruses, and fixing security vulnerabilities
• Networking & Connectivity
• Setting up and maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connections
• Configuring routers, modems, and network security settings
• Troubleshooting network-related issues
• Customer Support & Technical Assistance
• Assisting clients with technical issues via phone, email, or in person
• Providing guidance on best practices for system maintenance
• Training users on new software or hardware installations
• Data Management & Backup
• Recovering lost data from hard drives and storage devices
• Setting up automated backup solutions and cloud storage
• Ensuring data security and protection against loss
• System Upgrades & Installations
• Recommending and installing hardware/software upgrades
• Setting up new systems for offices, businesses, or individuals
• Ensuring compatibility and optimal performance

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
