Title: Computer Services Consultant / Desktop Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 desktop, help desk, and end-user technical support for onsite users in San Diego.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, peripheral, and basic networking issues across Windows and macOS environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, IT ticketing systems, user accounts, permissions, and shared resources.
• Provide technical support for hybrid meetings and events, including conference room technology, microphones, displays, and onsite audiovisual equipment.
• Manage ticket triage and technical documentation; communicate effectively with end users and technical teams, including occasional evening and weekend event support.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of desktop support, help desk, or end-user technical support experience; 3 years preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, troubleshooting, ticket triage, basic networking, and audiovisual or conference room technology.
• Strong organizational, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
