Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Computer Software Trainer who can provide practical and classroom-based training on computer applications, operating systems, MS Office, internet applications and basic programming. The candidate should be comfortable conducting hands-on lab sessions and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical training sessions on Computer Software and Applications.
• Train students on Windows Operating System and basic computer operations.
• Provide hands-on training in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access.
• Train students on Internet, Email and online applications.
• Explain software installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct practical assignments, tests and assessments.
• Prepare training materials, presentations and practical exercises.
• Guide students in computer-based projects and assignments.
• Conduct demo classes, workshops and student orientation sessions.
• Monitor student attendance, performance and progress.
• Coordinate with the Academic/Centre Head regarding academic activities.
• Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT or related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Computer Software Training, IT Training, Computer Education, Software Support or related field.
• Candidates with previous Computer Faculty / Software Trainer / IT Trainer experience will be preferred.
