🔑 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CSV Expert to lead qualification and validation activities for a ServiceNow Change Management implementation.

The role will focus on a risk-based qualification approach for the GxP-relevant Change Management workflow and supporting platform controls rather than requalifying the entire ServiceNow platform.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Lead CSV activities for the ServiceNow Change Management implementation.

Define and document the risk-based Qualification Strategy and Qualification Plan (QP).

Develop and review Requirements Specifications (RS) and ensure requirements are clear, testable, risk-assessed, and traceable.

Perform classification-based risk assessments for Category 1 ITSM / Workflow implementations.

Review Configuration / Design Specifications (CS/DS)
