About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Computer Systems Validation Specialist with strong Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud experience to support validation activities for regulated systems within a life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have solid CSV execution and testing experience, along with hands-on experience validating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute computer system validation activities in a regulated/GxP environment.

• Develop, review, and execute validation protocols, test scripts, and test cases.

• Perform test execution, document results, and manage discrepancies and validation issues.

• Prepare and maintain traceability and supporting validation documentation.

• Support validation activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, upgrades, and system changes.

• Work closely with IT, Quality, business, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the validation lifecycle.

• Ensure validation activities and documentation comply with applicable GxP requirements.

• Independently execute validation activities with limited oversight.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of hands-on Computer System Validation (CSV) experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated life sciences environments.

Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud validation experience is required.

• Strong hands-on validation execution and testing experience.

• Experience developing and executing validation protocols and test scripts.

• Experience documenting test results and managing validation discrepancies.

• Working knowledge of GxP, CSV principles, and regulated system documentation .

• Experience with MasterControl, Veeva, or Blue Mountain RAM validation is preferred.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to independently execute validation activities with limited oversight.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)

- W-2: $65–$70/hr

- C2C: $75–$78/hr

Final rate will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
