Computer Technician

We are looking to hire an experienced computer repair technician with excellent technical knowledge, to be able to troubleshoot and repair PC's - custom builds, PC laptops, Apple Mac desktops and laptops.

We're an Apple Authorized Service Provider and we service all in-and-out of warranty Apple products ( Mac, iOS ) .

Ideal candidates will be Apple Certified Technicians and Data recovery knowledge.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on Windows PCs, custom-built computers, Mac desktops, and Mac laptops and To be able to repair between 5-10 to devices per shift.
• Accurately disassemble, repair, and reassemble computers and mobile devices.
• Explain technical issues to our customers in a simple to understand language.
• accordingly record repair notes and customer’s issues in CRM ticketing system. Update tickets with appropriate current status on a daily basis.
• Follow-up with customers regularly throughout the repair service process to ensure smooth communication.
• Answer the company phone and check in customers when needed.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and empathy.
• Prioritize multiple repairs and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow company procedures and Apple service standards.

Candidates must have previously worked experience in a similar computer/phone repair store.

Employees during probation period are not eligible to receive monthly bonuses or company benefits. Apple repair training will be provided on employee’s own time.30-40 hours per week

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
