What they need
Provide on-site and remote IT maintenance and support for clients. Maintain, repair and manage Pc's, Servers, and Network appliances. Become familiar with various software packages and monitor cloud backups and perform data restoration. This position will receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end-user help tickets as well as troubleshoot Microsoft Desktop, and application issues. Experience is preferred and certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
