What they need
- TESDA Computer Systems Services (CSS) NC II certificate or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in computer repair, IT support, or technical servicing
- Retail or customer service experience is a must
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers)
- Ability to install and troubleshoot software applications
- Understanding of antivirus and system security tools
- Knowledge of computer hardware components
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask in a retail environment
