Computor Operator

Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate data entry of production reports, stock records, purchase orders, and daily operational data.

• Maintain and update MS Excel sheets, ERP entries , and other digital records.

Handle printing, scanning, photocopying , and documentation tasks.

• Monitor computer systems , ensure smooth operations, and report any technical issues to the IT team.
• Assist departments like production, store, HR, and accounts with required data or documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure data accuracy.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Maintain proper file management digital and physical.

• Support senior staff in operational and administrative work.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th / Graduate (Preferred: Diploma in Computer Application).

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .

Basic understanding of ERP / SAP (preferred).

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
• 0 3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator.
• Experience in a manufacturing unit will be an added advantage. Work Environment

Office-based role within the manufacturing plant.

• Coordination with Production, Store, HR, and Accounts departments
