Customer Service Representative – Non-Voice / Chat Support

JOB SUMMARY

Concentrix is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for Non-Voice / Chat Support at our Bridgetowne, Quezon City site.

In this role, you will assist customers through written communication channels such as live chat and email. You will help resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while following account-specific procedures and quality standards.

Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are encouraged to apply. Applicants without BPO experience may qualify for selected accounts, and training will be provided to qualified candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through chat, email, and other non-voice communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding customer accounts, products, services, and requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on established procedures.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Follow company policies, account guidelines, data privacy requirements, and quality standards.
• Meet assigned performance targets for productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the appropriate team when customer concerns require further assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with or without BPO experience may qualify, depending on the account.
• High School and Senior High School graduates may be considered for selected accounts.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally through written communication.
• Willingness to work onsite at Concentrix Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Must be willing to complete the required recruitment assessments and interviews.
