JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Chat Support Representative, you will:

• Assist customers with telecommunications-related inquiries through chat.
• Provide information about mobile services, plans, billing, and account concerns.
• Help customers with service requests and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Follow account procedures and quality standards.
• Deliver professional customer service while meeting productivity targets.

Actual responsibilities and communication channels may vary depending on the assigned account.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate, subject to account requirements.
• No BPO experience required.
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work onsite at One Makati Site.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the account.
