About the role
The Concession Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a furniture concession. This includes overseeing sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, managing visual merchandising, supervising staff, and meeting sales targets.

About you
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge in SAP
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent inventory management skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent (preferred)
