Concession Staff

Cinemacity is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Concession Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing guests with fast, friendly service while ensuring a clean, organized, and enjoyable concession experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service at the concession counter
• Prepare and serve popcorn, beverages, and other food and beverage items
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in concession areas
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and company procedures at all times
• Assist team members to ensure smooth concession operations during busy periods

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cinema, food service, hospitality, or retail environment is an advantage
• Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
